I had a terrible experience with this parking garage. There was absolutely no clear signage or warning indicating that the garage closes at a certain time. I parked my car, paid the fee, and less than 5 minutes later found out the garage would be inaccessible after closing hours — something that should have been made obvious before payment. When I returned to request a refund — literally moments after paying — I was told no refunds are given. This is completely unreasonable, especially considering I didn’t even end up using the space. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive, showing no willingness to resolve the issue or take accountability for the poor communication. Horrible company with horrible customer service. The person who is responsoble for the parking lot is a nasty human being. Just nasty!!! If I could I would give 0 stars. Will never again park my car there.

Security is always trying to make Dialysis patients park in areas where it's not safe for them instead of parking where it has Dialysis patients signs this Security guy is always complaining about it.
