I cannot recommend Kalob and Maggie highly enough. Their professionalism and dedication are outstanding. Just before Christmas, Maggie went above and beyond, working late afternoon on Christmas Eve to clear a clog at my rental property. She didn't just fix the problem; she provided excellent advice on how to maintain the line. Recently, they both came to assist me at another house. Once again, they were thorough, professional, and honest. They took the time to write clear, detailed notes outlining potential future repairs and maintenance tips, which I found invaluable. I have complete trust in their expertise and integrity. I will definitely be using their services for all future needs and highly recommend them to anyone.

My sewer line had a serious blockage due to mature maple tree invading the line. A friend recommended 99 Rooter. Maggie showed up and fought with it for over an hour. She took care of the issue and gave me a few recommendations moving forward. Very knowledgeable! I will definitely. Use this service again and recommend it to others. 5 stars!

2nd time we've used 99 Rooter and 100% recommend! First time they had to do a clean up but this time they took at a look at everything and gave honest feedback instead of ripping us off like so many companies these do days.
