I needed some parts replaced inside two of my toilets that I wasn’t comfortable doing myself. Ryan was in and out in less than 30 mins and had everything working like new. He even tightened the chains in all three of my toilets so they flush better. Super fast and friendly service - thanks again!

Woke up early on a Saturday morning and found our water heater tank leaking. Turned off the water supply and gas supply lines. Called 9th Island Plumbing, left a message, and got a call back within 20 minutes from Will. We discussed the issue and replacement plans and costs. He was able to come out in the next 45 minutes and finished the replacement within 2 hours of arriving to my home. I'm so glad I took the chance to trust Will at 9th Island Plumbing. Fast response, fast service, and he was knowledgeable. I did not want to be without hot water as the weather is starting to cool down, so thank you Will! Gotta support local on the 9th island 🤙Visually, he did a way better job than whoever did our previous tank installation.

Outstanding service getting my kitchen sink main drain pipe repaired. The first company didn't know what to do a and left. The second company thought they would rob me with a cost over $3,000. 9th Island came out with just a picture of the cracked drain pipe that I sent them with a quote under $700 and it took them just 3.5 hours to repair it.

I shopped around and they by far surpassed all me expectations. Bonus was, Ryan, who was my technician was extremely professional and polite, and worked quickly and efficiently.
