Made a switch from ARS to A1 Air Control last year. I cannot say enough about how customer oriented Michael has been. He is always on time and explains everything in detail. He NEVER tries to upsell. He finds the issue and resolves the problem. My AC went completely out a few days ago. Michael identified the issue and provided a solution. Michael and his installer team of Luis, Sergio, and Ralph arrived today and were absolutely professional and expedient. They installed my new system under two hours. Recommend A1 Air Control for anyone who wants real customer service with no unwanted nonsense.

Michael takes fantastic care of us and goes above and beyond then call of duty. We are so grateful for all his help in keeping our house cool in this sweltering climate. I highly recommend him to anyone that asks!

We have used Bogie and Mike twice in the past 8 years. Anytime you have an AC issue in Houston in the middle of summer, panic sets in. Both times, they came same day we called, were able to assess issue and get it fixed and get AC flowing again in a timely manner. We will not use any other HVAC company and only recommend them. Friendly, affordable and quality service.

I’ve used A1 a couple of times for different HVAC repairs and services. I don’t generally do reviews but I want everyone to know that this company is top notch. I finally found a HVAC company that I trust. Mike is the one who I have to give the compliments to. He is thorough and takes time to explain the what and why. He shoots straight and never tries to up sell or pad the bill. The prices have always been fair and I have never had to sell a kidney to get my AC fixed. Thanks to Mike and the team at A1!

They are the most honest fair priced with great quality work. The only AC company my husband will let work on our AC. He's been taking care of our AC work for several houses now. He's quick as well.
