Was very satisfied with the quality and the work performed installing our screen porch. Lost one star due to scheduling. We were promised installation in December but did not happen until February, Not a big deal as we would not be sitting outside during that time period anyway.

From start to finish this company was very professional. John, the sales representative, knew exactly what was wrong with our gutters and how to eliminate every leak and problem. He also suggested the different color that we went with and were extremely satisfied with it's look. Their install crew was polite, proficient, conscientious and worked in a very timely manner. We would highly recommend A-1 Aluminum for any gutter work that you might need.

Occasionally, you come across a company worth a great review. Jeff Elder is a remarkable person and has assembled a team of excellent tradespeople. I have hired Jeff for various jobs because he consistently keeps his promises, and customer service is his top priority. I moved to Louisville about five years ago and knew no one in the construction trades. We needed a screened-in porch for the back of our house. John Dean built us a wonderful porch. Jeff Elder and his team came in, provided a quote for the screening, and did an excellent job. Everything was custom-made and fit perfectly. Now that he has handled our gutters, we've received nothing but compliments from neighbors in the area.

I live in Twin Lakes in Floyd’s Fork Community. A-1 Aluminum came and replaced two screens of my screened in porch. The two men Tate and Terry that came to do the replacement screens were very professional and friendly. The owner Jeff was great with giving me updates as to when his guys would be in the neighborhood.
