A-1 Carpet & Fine Floors

A-1 Carpet & Fine Floors is fantastic!! They are friendly, professional and do a wonderful job. We had a plumber come out for a faucet right after our floors were done. The plumber made a huge mistake and part of our house was flooded. Troy was out here within an hour with dehumidifiers and fans. And I'm having A-1 fix my floors because I know they will do it right. Awesome service and I highly recommend!!

We recently bought a house built in 1950 in Cleveland TX. It happens that we had met Troy, the owner of A-1 Carpet and Fine Floors in the neighborhood. When we started pulling up the sculpted carpet from the 1980s we were thrilled to find the original hardwood floors, but they definitely needed to be refinished. Fortunately, and Troy said this never happens, he was able to contact a crew that was available the next day! So before the furniture was moved in we had the floors refinished. What an amazing difference! The crew did a very good job restoring our hardwoods to like new condition. 3 months later and we still are excited about the results.

If I could give this company -5 stars I would. Troy Biggs team decided to KNOWINGLY, use the wrong prepping product for our vinyl flooring! After the GC, & my husband brought it to Troy's attention, Only then, did Troy come out to the job site. Troy should have been there from day 1 to make sure his guys were doing it correctly. Idk where Troy found his team, but they will not be doing anymore work on our home! I came home to bedroom furniture on my porch, overnight, ruined plants, & trash on my front porch & on my lawn. Did I mention there were high spots in my vinyl flooring due to the wrong prep material being used, purposely!!! The fact that they won an award is laughable. Troy wanted my husband to pay an extra $3000 for his guys screw ups. Yeah, I don't think so... He got paid the

We were very happy with A-1 Carpet & Fine Floors. We priced flooring all over the place and they gave us the best price and the flooring looks beautiful. They came when we scheduled them and were out in just a few days after completing our entire house. I would recommend them to anyone.
