A-1 Dayton Electric

I just want to say that Derek is an excellent owner and a stand up guy. He did a great job last September installing our electric for our new inground pool and had another co install the gas line for our pool heater. His price was more than fair. We opened our pool for the first time this year in May and sometime in June the gas line was leaking. He made sure the people who installed the gas line came out immediately and when they found the problem they expected me to pay for it. Derek wasn't going to let that happen. He got on the phone with owner of that company and had it repaired immediately at no charge to me. Thank you Derek for running a quality company with quality work that you stand behind. We will definitely use you again.

Derek and his team were very professional. They were on time did great work all at a fair price. I will definitely use them again. They did some outside lighting for me and added a few lights and did not charge me for the extras. I highly recommend them.

Had an appointment between 1:00 PM & 2:00 PM, nobody showed up or called me to cancel. I called Ed at 3:00 and got his voicemail. Ed called me back at 6:30 PM, he said he got stuck on a job. Ed said he could make it out to me 2 days later in the week, early morning between 8:30 AM & 9:00 AM. I decided to take the day off of work for this appointment, and for the second time nobody showed up. Never received a call from A1 Dayton Electric to explain why they missed their second appointment DO NOT use A1 Dayton Electric if you value your time or if you prefer to use contractors that value their reputation.

I had been looking for a QUALITY Electrician for a while since I purchased my home in January and believe it or not it's really hard to do. Until I found Dayton Electric and had quite a few conversations with Ed. Ed and his team were above and beyond professional, courteous, on-time (even earlier then the original install time), cleaned up left no mess and above all else actually happy to answer questions and extremely knowledgeable. Going forward THIS IS THE ONLY COMPANY I will use for my home and trust ONLY Dayton Electric with Ed and his team and you should too

Dayton electric has been great to work with. All the workers are polite, responsive. And professional. Plan to use them for our next electric need. Even installed adapter so a generator can run our house they the panel.
