You know a contractor is great when they take time out of their day to look at your project, walk you through what’s going on, explain their perspective, and tell you that you actually don’t need their help! I highly recommend A1 Foundation and Crack Repair! I recently sold my home and post the inspection, they found a crack in my homes concrete foundation. I tried calling a few foundation repair companies and left voicemail messages, inquiring as to sealing the crack my homes foundation. Despite calling and leaving email messages with 4 different foundation repair companies, A1 Foundation Crack Repair was the only company that answered the phone. Most importantly, they immediately responded to my Inquiry. In fact, A1 gave me an estimate of the cost of repair during the call, and was willing to come out and repair my foundation the following day! But, because it was right before Thanksgiving, I would not be home during that day, and instead asked if they could repair my foundation crack

I was very concerned about a crack in the foundation and he helped me understand the process of sealing the crack and why it happened.. I was also very concerned that it might have been a very costly job based on other estimates.
