The relocation from Houston TX to Grand Rapids MI was smooth and handled with exceptional professionalism. Thank you Heidi and Bill Brock. You were outstanding. From the initial assessment to booking, along with packing and loading, all was terrific! The delivery was timely and went well. Serna was on top of everything as we unloaded the truck. He kept smile and was encouraging as we completed the move, even with the grand piano. There were no issues along the way. I appreciated how well I was connected to the team throughout the move. Thank you!!!

BEWARE of this company. Sure they gave us the lowest rate, but at the end of the day I would have gone with the more expensive movers because they probably have an ounce of respect for their clients. Everything that could go wrong with this move went wrong. We were given a delivery date estimate of 7/2 - 7/6. We had to call multiple times to get them to give us an actual delivery date. We finally get a call that our stuff would arrive 7/10 (when you’re in an empty house this feels like an eternity). When the delivering company finally delivered our stuff they commented on how whoever moved/stored our belongings didn’t even try to be careful. It’s sad when the delivering company is disgusted with how your furniture and boxes were handled. More than half of our boxes were squished, furniture

My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the A-1 Freeman teams. The packing and loading crew took great care of our belongings and they arrived on time to our new home with another crew for unloading. They were outstanding as well. I would absolutely use them again.
