Had an issue with my smart thermostat. They came out to fix it and evenbthoughbit didnt seem right the technician said it could take a while to heat up. Thermostat seemed to work the next day so I thought it was fine. A month later the heat went out again. Called them back up and they said the electric wasn't fix exactly right and didnt charge me twice. Giving full stars because if a company can own it when a job isn't exactly right, they have my trust. It's easy when everything is perfect the first try but when they want to help when it's not, that makes all the difference.
