A-1 Key & Lock

If I could give 0 stars I would. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Needed services done two gentlemen came out. Older male and younger male. Younger male stole 100 dollars out of my console thought I didn't see him older saw him dint say anything about it. Please don't use them for service that is very unpolite and un professional.

I recently visited A1 Key for a key cutting service, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I already had the key that needed to be duplicated, so I wasn’t looking to purchase a new one. However, the service I received was far from welcoming. The lady behind the counter didn’t greet me or offer any assistance; instead, she had a sour expression on her face. When I asked about the cost to cut my transponder key, I was quoted nearly $30, which seemed exorbitant, especially considering I could have had it done for around $2 at Home Depot. When I inquired about the high price, her response was dismissive, stating, "I don’t know, that’s just what they told me." Always friendly, quick, and fair in price! *Edited to add- I saw one or two negative reviews here and I wanted to mention that those people all tried to get CAR KEY copies made, which is very difficult, very expensive, and not always possible!! PLEASE don't let their ignorance dissuade you from trying a high quality, no-nonsense local business.

They are awesome! He had me a key done in less than 15 minutes. Had to bring truck to town . Broke the sensor off key and the anti theft thing keep motor from cranking. Will definitely be using them again.

Very friendly and helpful. Had misplaced my only key 🔑 to my 18 nissan rouge . Could do 2 keys and program them for me. Price was the same as the dealership. However he would come to my home. Lots more convenient 🙂. However about 1 hr later I found my keys. Would definitely use them in near future to get me a new set of keys. Recommend them to anyone looking for keys to b made.
