Excellent service. There may be a short wait but it's worth it if you have a complicated lock & key problem. The owner is very knowledgeable and the shop dog is as sweet as can be.

If you want some real locksmithing done, look elsewhere. I need to have a safe opened after its combination died with a family member. Mr. A-1 Lock & Safe let me know he couldn't perform that. When I asked for the name of anyplace that could do it, the guy simply hung up on me. If you need a car lock popped, maybe this is /Your Guy/. Not good for anything else though. Can I leave 0 stars?

Generally they do a good job, but that day I couldn't get anyone to help me. After waiting for nearly an hour, I left.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. At first, Dave came across as professional and friendly. He guided me to order a new key fob from a specific website and told me he would be able to program it within a day or two after it arrived. Things seemed promising. Once the keys arrived, I called to let him know. He asked me to meet him at the vehicle in 30 minutes, so I waited over an hour with no sign of him. No call, no text, no update. When I finally got in touch the next day, he apologized and rescheduled me for the following day, promising to call in the morning. That call never came. Definitely a five star for me my car continues to read no key, I call spoke with the gentleman whom code the key and he advised me to change the batteries didn't work contact him again told me excatly what to do it worked perfectly.
