A-1 LOCK & SAFE

I had a great experience working with Dave from A1 Locksmith. He was able to come out quickly and help us gain access to a vehicle, and he took the time to diagnose what was actually going on. It turned out the issue was not related to the key at all. The car simply needed to be jump started, and the lock mechanism itself had malfunctioned, which explained why the mechanical key was not working. I am especially grateful that Dave made it a priority to stop out early in the morning to help get my daughter back on the road. He was thoughtful, professional, and calm throughout the entire situation. His knowledge and honesty saved us from what would have been a very costly tow to the dealership. I truly appreciate his service and would highly recommend him.

Wonderful people that care about their customers. They came out to my house twice to get us into the car, fix the door and get us a key & key fob for the car that had gone through the washer. Trust them to do what's right.

Locked myself out of my house and called A-1 after a quick Google search. They were at my house within the hour and had the door open in 5 minutes. They were super knowledgeable and didn't leave any marks or scuffs. On top of that, they were super nice! A++++; if you're ever in a situation like mine, these are the people to call!
