The furnace needed replacing during the worst of the winter. Inbetween blizzards, Dennis provided heaters for the pipes in the basement, prepared the new exhaust, checked in on how the old furnace was holding up, and kept me posted on scheduling the install. Always timely, friendly, knowledgeable, patient with my many questions, and respectful of cleaning up afterwards. I am so very pleased with my new furnace ... thank you!

A-1 saved us two winters in a row with furnace issues. These guys really saved the day with a new water heater right before a really bad blizzard. I mean just a few hours more it wouldn't have been possible. These folks need to be your first call for all your heating and plumbing needs.

Went to fix air conditioning said they couldn't get freon, didn't know how to find the leak. Left my daughter in law with 2 small kids in a house with out ac. Not good.

Even though they were absolutely swamped, Dennis called me back AND made his way in a blizzard to fix my clogged toilet.

Dennis is on top of almost every situation or problem and if it stumps him he will keep at the problem till its fixed.
