Had a main line clog and A-1 was extremely friendly and responsive. Sean made everything extremely easy and was very informative. He was out here within the hour and got it all fixed for us in under 2. Will be returning as a customer in the future with any of my plumbing needs.

We had some partial flooding in our basement due to a blocked water line. Shawn Morton, from A-1, was punctual and very knowledgeable as he guided us through the process of locating and fixing the blockage. Hard working and honest are two qualities that stood to me. We scheduled a non-emergency call to replace out toilet. The appointment was for 9am on Monday morning. Nobody came for that time so my husband called at 9:30 to find out what is going on, at 10am we received a call back saying that there was a more urgent call and our appointment got pushed back. My husband called back and cancelled the appointment with him (leaving a voice mail) because we both felt it was very unprofessional for them to push back our appointment. The plumber comes at 11, and says he still has to charge us for the call. I cannot believe he even showed his face here 2 hours late for an appointment he made with us. We both said were not paying him for anything since he didn't show up to his appointment. He seemed very rude and mad about the situation referring to my hu

CNG sent a technician to my home and told me I needed a new heat exchanger that would cost $1000. Then told me since the heat exchanger was bad it was only a matter of time and I’d be better off buying a new furnace. A-1 Plumbing fixed my problem in less than a half hour. The problem was a clog gas valve. They could’ve charge me to replace the gas valve but did not. Incredibly fair company. A-1 saved me at least $1000.

I had leaking pipes under kitchen sink so I called this company. Response was quick and overall a good experience. Would recommend to others.
