A-1 Plumbing & Heating

Needed a brand new Water tank installed and Nick was not able to take on the job for me due to some temporary physical ailments he has at the moment. Moving a 60 gallon water tank is no easy challenge. However, I am very appreciative that he still returned my call and explained the situation. Furthermore he went on to recommend two other plumbers that he trusts that I could pursue quotes from. He also explained the differences between tanks and that I should consider an aqua booster tank as well if my coil is still good. Nick is a true gentlemen, I just had to post a positive review to thank him as he did not have to go out of his way to assist me even though he could not take on the job himself at this time.

After a back injury, I purchased an apartment size washing machine that i could hook up to the kitchen sink and eliminate trips the laundromat. It worked great, except my apartment is so small, i wasn't able to do anything in the kitchen while it was attached because it took up all the space and used the water. But while not in use, it fit perfectly next to the kitchen cabinets. I wondered if there was a way i could leave it where it was and hook it up directly from under the sink... A1 Plumbing came highly recommended so i gave them a call. I spoke to Nick and explained everything. He came by the house to check out my setup to see exactly what was needed. He got all the parts and installed everything perfectly. I just did a load of laundry and made lunch at the same time!! I am beyond

My heat went off Sunday night, it was 19 deg outside and going down to the 0-5 deg tonight, I called a few heating/ plumbing companies and none could help me until Monday at the best, Then I called A-1 and got the owner(Robert) who was beyond nice , he came out to help me out.He was just great, had the part(all the others had to order it )and fixed my heat, its one of those high end hi eff units. He knew just what to do and fix the unit,his price was great and I would have paid triple for the job but he only wanted to make sure my wife and myself where not going to freeze.I highly recommend this company. I will only use A-1 from now on and I recommend you do the same. Elliot Zuckerman

Talk to Nick. He's just a straight shooter. Tells you your options and what he can do instead of charging you for wrong services. Seems to have been doing this for quite some time, so the experience is there to comfort you that he can handle any problem you give him. If he can't do it or it's just not part of his services, he can provide you with good recommendation.
