Our pool tech with A-1 Pools is Jose Barragan. Jose manages our pool as if it were his own. August was a very wet month on the Island. Jose checked on it regularly, which was reassuring. When Jose drives by our house and sees me outside, he will stop and ask me if everything is good with our pool. Jose is a personable, thoughtful, and professional individual. Our pool and deck stay crystal clean, and we can always count on Jose to be there for us! Good job and thank you, Jose and A-1 Pools!

A-1 has done a great job maintaining our pool year round. Eric the technician on site is always friendly, professional, offers advice and answers any questions.

A-1’s reputation for being a responsive, reliable and easy to work with pool company is well known within the rental market. Especially important is that they really do monitor their messages both email and vm even during off hours. We had a few technical issue with our equipment during high season which could ultimately spell disaster for renters. On the busiest Saturday turn-over day A-1 has been there without hesitation to assess, report, follow up and either resolve or had a plan in motion to resolve. On one occasion where a filter part was ordered and took a few days, David our tech returned each day, while waiting for the repair part, to check the pool water for the benefit of the guest’s confidence in water safety. A-1 pool has provided outstanding service for us for over 12 years. Curtis is the best tech! He’s is professional, courteous and keeps our pool equipment & pool in top notch condition!

Eric has been cleaning our pool for over 5 years. He always does a great job and always addresses any concerns we might have each visit. A few weeks ago after all the rain he noticed the pool needed algaecide and took care of it immediately. He was back the next day to check and the pool looked great by the next day . He is very knowledgeable and wonderful to talk with.
