Patrick was one of the nicest guys I have ever met. He did an extremely thorough job and I would highly recommend A1 for all your pumping needs!

These guys were recommended to me by a couple different people and when I first called they were super responsive and said that they would help that same day and then I tried to call them back around noon and then they didn't answer. I figured maybe they were at lunch so then I kept calling in the afternoon and for the next 3 hours. I couldn't get anybody on the phone and had to call somebody else. I waited until today to post this just in case the holiday had caused some of it and have not had a response. It's disappointing when a company is recommended by several people because people put their reputations on the line when giving out referrals and these guys dropped the ball big time.

Cliff was very professional and nice. I was really surprised at the cost as I had been quoted between 200 and 300 at the highest by the girl on the phone. However I was charged 480.00 however I did buy some of their stuff for my septic tank that cost 30.00.

Wow.. what a great job!! I was so grateful for the man who came to pump my septic tank... He was a very friendly and helpful man. He did the job to perfection. I would recommend this company to everyone that I know. Thanks for the great service. You will always be the one to call !!

These guys rock! Called on Thursday afternoon and they had someone out the next day, regardless of the snow. Cliff was awesome - very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful! Would recommend over and over again.
