A-1 Quality Septic Pumping & Insulation

Amazing company to work with. Called them Tuesday this week and was scheduled for same week for the pump out. Easy to work with. Amazing communication. We thought we dug out the correct place for the cap, it snowed this week, and we missed by a mile we found out when they came out. My husband wound up finding cap within 30 minutes of them leaving. They did a couple more calls and came back same day. Had us cleaned out and good to go. I love that they are also located in Rotterdam so we were able to support locally. I will highly recommend them if anyone needs their septic pumped!

I was quoted $5000 by Gene (owner) for the job and accepted, it was the same price Matt from Rotterdam Septic. An additional 500 was added after work began to reposition some PVC piping and eliminate the basement sink drain pipe into the septic tank. I inadvertently wrote the check for $6500. Gene did not give me a receipt nor bill of work done. Months later I called and asked for receipt/work done and was told it would be difficult to get any paperwork. Gene called and informed me the $5,000 quoted did not include the cost of the tank

Rebecca is an excellent communicator and very up front (which I love as a customer) and has both times gotten us on their schedule quickly for routine pump services. Jacob performed services both times and was super professional, personable, kept a clean environment, and did an awesome job. Support a well run local family business, and give these guys a call. I placed a call to a well known septic company in my area and they blew me off TWICE!! (No call No show) Then I called A1, spoke to Rebecca and they were here the next day to pump my septic! Really nice to have a reliable company and excellent communication. Would definitely recommend this family owed company!!
