A-1 Sealcoat & Striping

We found A1-Seal Coat (Bill Timblin) with a simple Google search. We asked for a free estimate and references. He was very responsive with both. He and his crew did an outstanding job, on time and within budget. This is a small condo community and our parking lot looks fantastic! We (the HOA board) have received several positive comments about the project. We will call Bill back when the time comes to refresh the parking lot. Nice Job, Bill! My new driveway just turned a year old, therefore it was time to get it sealed . I spoke to many companies , but Bill with A1 Sealcoat was OUTSTANDING. Very nice, knowledgeable, and prompt to do great service . We did battle a little bit of weather /rain , but Bill was more than willing to come back out and fix whatever might have gotten compromised from the rain . Bill is very honest and very fair on his pricing . We are very pleased with the results of our sealed driveway .
