A-1 Security & Lock Service

I never thought this would happen, but my key broke off inside our house door knob. I had groceries that needed to be unpacked, an evening shift to get ready for, my husband stuck at work. My mind was scrambling, trying to figure out how I was going to get into our own home. I took a chance calling A-1 and I’m so glad I did! They arrived in under 15 minutes, fished the broken key out and even fixed our apparently hungry door. The service tech was incredibly kind, professional and fast. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I would recommend them to anyone!

Good service. My wife locked her keys in her car with it running. I'm more worried because my baby is inside. Alex ,was out to Quincy il in less then 20 minutes. When I called him at 1.00 pm he sounded happy I called! Very professional.Great people! Thank you!

I've sent customers to A-1 Lock Security for years because I was told their service, price & professionalism was top tier. I called today for my own needs & the person who answered was pretty curt. Maybe just an off day.. customer service should never feel like an inconvenience.

Extremely rude. Literally yelled at me over the phone cuz apparently my car is supposed to be a push button start and isnt 🤷‍♂️ made sure to let me know they are to lazy to make a print on a ignition as well. Don't recommend

Great service. Daughter locked her keys in her car with it running. Jeff D. was out to Liberty in less then 45 minutes. When I called him at 5:45 pm he sounded happy I called! Very pleasant and professional. Price for that time of day and mileage more then fair. Great people! Thank you!
