A-1 Septic Tank Service

Cindy made my problem seem important. Got them out right away. Cheaper than the competition. Guys were nice and talked to me about my system and what to do. Put the lid back and filled back in the dirt on top.

They were on time, polite, pumped out the tank did an inspection of the system. Everything is good, Price was as quoted. I will keep their number for future use.

A-1 pumped out our septic tank. The work was performed well. The price seemed fair. They were not on time for the appointment; the appointment time was a 4-hour window and they arrived 2 1/2 hours after that. I called the company during the 4-hour window to double check when they would arrive. I was told that they "might" be on an emergency call. No word again from anybody until the driver called and said they were coming. A call from the office with an update on the arrival time would have been appropriate.

They came, broke my cover over septic tank, stated to us they would let tgere boss know about to replace, on receipt indicate No damage, called office spoke with the wife several time, stated they would handle it, wanted to charge me for there damage. Now mind you want to put blame on to root smaller then a pencil....NEVER AGAIN!!!!
