Highly recommended!!! Professional , the whole team was knowledgeable, nice , seemed to really care about the customer. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Will be using them going forward . Price was really affordable too !

I wish that I was able to rate the service of the septic tank pumping, but due to the lack of professionalism and poor customer service from the team answering the phone, I am unable. We had gurgling in the downstairs toilet and thought a backup was eminent last Friday afternoon. The office hours listed are 8 am - 5 pm. I called the office at 4:30 pm on a Friday and got no one, so I called the "emergency" number. I received a phone call 3 hours later. In that time, the water level went down in the toilet and we experienced no other issues, so I told the emergency technician that I'd call the office on Monday to schedule a pump out. On Monday morning I called and reached a very professional and friendly gentleman who was able to schedule us for Thursday. Not as soon as I would have liked, b

They came out the same day. We would recommend A1. The guy was great and very informative. People in the office were very helpful and friendly.

A-1 was prompt and efficient, and took extra care with our system. I recommend them highly!

Super fast for booking, only three days out. Guy came and did a fast effective job then got a call letting me know that they would give me a 10 dollar refund since I had a 750 gallon tank not a 1000 gallon tank. Would recommend!
