I had an ongoing kitchen sink stoppage that another company was unable to fix and left me with no sink for five days. After exhausting all their options they referred me to Shawn at A1 Sewer, and I am so grateful they did. Shawn was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. He cleared the stoppage in less than an hour, which was something the previous company couldn’t resolve and left me with no sink for five days. Not only did he do an amazing job, but he also made sure to thoroughly clean and sanitize the area before leaving. That level of care and attention to detail truly stood out to me. A-1 was referred to me by my plumber who couldn’t get to me that day. “The son” came by and assessed the situation. After telling me that my pipes were full and he would snake them, (to temporarily relieve the issue, kind of) he totally backed out and said that it is “a nightmare and he didn’t want to do the job”…. And had the nerve to charge me a service call charge. Left my head spinning! If he knew that his back was hurting and he wouldn’t be up for a job, he could have told me no when I initially called, and my problem could have been fixed by someone else. Now I have no use of my kitchen sink for 4 days and out $86 for him doing absolutely nothing…. Unbelievable!

Shawn the plumber was amazing. He was able to clear my sewer valve that was backed up 60+ feet. He was very professional and got the job done right. Will definitely make A-1 my first choice for all of my plumbing needs!!!

I got an appointment for the same day that I called. The office called to let me know when the repairman was on his way, only about an hour or so from my initial call. He completed the repair efficiently and in a fairly short amount of time. The cost was reasonable. I would certainly use A-1 again and recommended them to others.
