Very Professional and down to earth company and workers. They came out quickly to get the job done. Cody was very quick in putting in my septic pump with wiring and line leak was done in 2 hours tops. Will definitely be calling this company for all my septic and other issues (had reasonable prices and done the right way😁

I found them to be very unprofessional. They did not call when they were unable to come the day they said they would. They tried to charge me more money than originally quoted. He also used my personal hose, carried it across my entire yard and then left it unrolled. I am in a walker and and physically uncapable of rolling up the hose myself. I was disappointed that they didn't leave the supplies they used without returning them to the way they originally were. Now I will have to have assistance in rolling up the yards of hose even though I paid to have them come out and fix something. It may seem like I'm being nitpicky, but the fact that they used my hose carrying it across 150 ft of my backyard and did not wind it back up is very unprofessional. I will not be using their services again.

Talked to Mr jay and he was very professional. We troubled shot it over the phone and he had his technician come out and fix my problem. Will definitely use this company again.

A-1 septic system is the #1 best place to call the people there are nice and friendly to talk with and reasonable in there prices I would recommend A-1 septic again
