I have lived in Charlotte County since 1996, 2nd Hurricane for me, my family also 2nd & 3rd Hurricanes & have used AAA Schwartz Roofing several times, now it was my turn to take on the task of replacing my roof over 45 squares..... due to severe damage from Hurricane IAN, Like any consumer shopping for a roof we all want to shop on the best prices & materials being used for your home I wasted my time getting the estimates from other roofer companies...... I looked online....and collected information and then called roofers mostly from other towns outside Charlotte County.....what a nightmare...what a bunch of jokers, demanding 25 to 50% $$ day

I was forced to replace my roof by my insurance company due to it being 21 years old . From the very beginning my experience with Donnie Jr and Schwartz Roofing was outstanding. He was one of the few roofing contractors that bothered to get back to me and when he did he gave me a fair price and within a week of my signing the contract the job was started and finished the workers were excellent they were very attentive to all of my requests and needs and the work past inspection immediately I would highly recommend Schwartz Roofing to anyone who is in need of a roofing contractor their work was excellent and high quality the products they use were of the highest quality they replaced plywood and fascia and it was all inclusive it was the best experience Ray L

Hired them to re-shingle around a roof vent. Show up on-time and did a great job - for a fair price.

This company walks around and sticks cards in your windows. I don’t want your service. Don’t touch my property with your gimmicky business card.
