Jessie Arnold did mine and my Mother septic pumping in Jamul. My septic had not been pumped for 20 years. He did an excellent job on both tanks. Nice guy, on time and they were able to schedule my service within 24 hours. Highly reccomend this company.👍👍
So, I scheduled an appointment with these guys a week out (this past Thursday) and was promised a call during the week for a quote. No quote call ever received. Thursday comes and I get a call from their driver, who says that because his power is out due to winds he won't be coming today. I ask multiple times for rescheduling, what appointments will be open, when can he get here, etc. Nothing. I banter with him because I don't want to give him a hard time because of weather, but I requested multiple times for a rescheduled appointment. I had to call the next day just for them to tell me Tuesday. Unprofessional. Nice, but nice is no good unless you do the job well.
