I could not be more grateful for the two gentlemen that came to deliver oil ON THE SAME DAY. My last oil provider (McComas) got bought out by a conglomerate; I preferred McComas because they were a small business. Sadly, I had to find another company that didn’t mandate auto refills. I called around, and found one where you order your oil online. Found out I would have my oil delivered within “3-5 business days”. I called them yesterday, now that my tank is 3/8 full, temps in the teens, recovering from the first major snowstorm of 2025 and another one on the way, and they tell me SATURDAY? I cancelled them, and so grateful I found A+A Heating Oil Co. It’s true: they don’t have shiny trucks with a cute dog, or dark blue trucks with prominent white lettering, and a call center with that nee

The people who answer the phone, don't even identify the company. I found out by a more reputable company that companies like this will go fill their truck every day and deliver. No idea what grade they are buying, it could have algae in the tanks, because they do not test it. This stuff will ruin your oil furnace, quick. If you have a outside tank, they do not add a anti gel agent, and if it gets really cold, the fuel can freeze and expand in the line, causing blockage or a hole in the line, allowing product to leak and cause you a expensive repair. Stay away from dealers like this. Look for a company that offers complete comfort on your overall needs. Don't shop just by the lowest cost, cause it could cost you so much more in the long run. I can honestly say this was the best example ever! I didn't have money to get oil and went through energy Assistance and I called to see if they got the check and the man told me ot would take about a week, so I was about to cry but he said check or no check we will be out Saturday and I just heard we was getting a lot of snow and I called him back on Friday to see if they could come out Saturday bc of the snow and to my surprise they came out Friday!! While it was starting to snow. So thank yall so much😁

I called them late in the day and told them I was out of oil. My regular company couldn’t deliver i until 2 days later. They brought me the oil that same day. I’ve been using them ever since then. I thank God for them.🙏🏼

The guy who answers the phone is very unprofessional, inconsistent and does not follow thru. As another person mentioned, he Does sound like he is asleep when he answers the phone. Theres no website listed and it took 3 days to receive my oil delivery. I felt uncomfortable providing my credit card info and sure enough I learned that they never processed my card. I had to do a COD instead. Shady.., I will not be using this company again. Praying that the oil is of better quality than the employees..
