A & A Septic Tank Service

Bryden came to pump our septic system. He called ahead, arrived as expected, and was on task the entire time. He proved his expertise by finding and cleaning a tank I didn't even know I had (which my previous pumping company charged me for but did not bother to clean out). Bryden taught me about the system and how to maintain it better. Pricing was straightforward, consistent, and reasonable. I definitely recommend calling A&A.

A hard working, bright young man named Bryden came out and did a great job cleaning out four aerobic / septic tanks for us. He was a joy to have around! Even had to work his magic to find my lost, unmarked tank. I’ll recommend this company on any job, especially if Bryden is involved.

Our technician peed in our backyard, right against our house. Rather than immediately press charges for public indecency, we reached out to A&A to report the incident and provided Ring video evidence. They apologized profusely and offered to...drumroll please...come hose down the area with water. That's not enough to recompense the incident, we should have been offered a full or partial refund at the very least. We will never use this service again and can't recommend them to anyone in good conscience.

Bryden came out today (on time and ready to go - nice to have these days) and pumped my aerobic system which had not been done since I bought the house 6 years ago. He was very professional, courteous and did a great job! I would highly recommend these guys for any septic needs you may have!!

Alfonzo is amazing, talked to me about my system and educated me on the differences. Found out I had two tanks and they took care of both of them. This company is great and very respectful of time.
