A Absolute Heating & Air

I just dealt with A absolute heating and air and Chris could not have been better. I had been getting the runaround with another company that stated that my whole unit needed to be replaced. Chris was here for 45 minutes and was able to get the unit working again properly. I recommend Chris anyone that needs an honest contractor who will get the job done. Thanks a lot Chris!

I was referred to this company by my home warranty company, HMS. I contacted the company 3 times and left several voicemails to only have them returned with a text message. The text message said "be there on Thursday between 1-3". I responded with a request of being informed when they are on the way, and was assured that would take place. Well after not hearing from the technician, I texted at 2;45 just to see if they were still coming and the response was " on my way". As far as the actual service when they arrived, I believe my furnace was diagnosed properly but the experience after they left was more of the same which included lack of communication, delayed responsiveness, and unprofessional. I requested my home warranty take them off the contracting list. First the 2 men that came were late and did not call, I had to call them. They didn't introduce themselves and made their way to my air conditioner; after trying multiple things they said the fuse was bad and replaced it. A few days later my air was off again, I requested they come out. Well they did not show up or call even after I called and texted multiple times. I called the main office got no answer and left a message. No one ever called me back to say sorry or try and fix the issue. So DSE Mechanical came out, on time, was friendly, gave me tips on how to alleviate the reoccurring issue and fixed the issue properly. A ABSOULUTE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!

WORST customer service EVER. This company has 2 phone numbers, neither of which allow you to speak to a human. I was told a technician would be out to check on my furnace between 9 & 5 and received a text that they would not be able to come & said they would be out the next day. Shocker, they didn’t call or show up! Two days off work, 57 degrees in my house, countless hours of wasted time waiting on a horrible company! The only reason you get a Star is because I couldn’t post this without selecting one, you get 0 stars, two thumbs down! Shame on your company for providing nothing of value.

Chris did an excellent job fixing my furnace. He showed me what the problem was and what would be needed to fix it. He even gave me some maintenance tips that would help avoid the problem in the future. He was able to come out within 24 hours and was professional and courteous.
