I had a very unusual situation in that the septic tank was located under a concrete driveway. As such coordination with a plumber was required. Dave was so helpful in that whole process. He was knowledgeable and patient with my frustration and very kind in his approach to the problem. Today, we finally got the tank to the place where it could be opened and pumped which is what I had started out to do. Bob was efficient and knowledgeable and able to tell me a lot about my system while we were standing there watching it be pumped. I could not be more satisfied with the service that I received from this company and would recommend them without reservation.

We cannot say enough about how amazing David and Ginger have been to us. They have gone so far beyond and above what they needed to do. An absolutely amazing company to deal with. Would very highly recommend them to anyone!

Stay far away from these hacks. I was out of state when my wife called to have our tank pumped out. Called A-Ace on a friends recomendation and what a huge mistake. After finding the tank they excavated and cracked the tank cover causing a considerable amount of dirt to fall into the tank. After completeing the pump out they put the cracked cover, the one they broke, back on. No offer to replace or repair. They got a garbage bag to cover the large crack to , I guess to keep more dirt from falling into the tank. I guess they needed something more firm so the used a used, crushed pie plate!! They covered the cracked cover with a garbage bag, then flattened a pie plate and put that on top of the bag and crack and then backfilled. just a bad, a lot of dirt had fallen into the tank cause whn th

David, Ginger, Bob and Elijah were all very professional and quick to help. Bob and Elijah spent extra time educating us on our septic tank and helping with all the issues we had. 10/10 recommend!

Have not replaced our septic yet but Ginger was so very helpful in answering my questions today! She went above and beyond to make sure I understood my options!
