Keep looking. Charged me $165.98 for a $22.58 part. They canceled and rescheduled an appointment to 6 days later, where I then made the repair myself in 20 minutes, with just a philips head screwdriver. A Action would not refund me any amount. Reply to Owner comment per my review: Your company did not help identify the issue. In my call for service, the problem was clearly stated. The part needed was a generic motor. I did not “decide” to make the repair myself. I was scheduled for a follow-up appointment 11 days after my original service request — during which time my refrigerator would have likely overheated, causing further damage and significantly increasing the cost of repair.
