I know they take great care of my AC units. My service technician, Dylan, always goes above and beyond on every visit. He is very thorough and should I have any questions or concerns he always addresses them in great detail. I have a great experience each and every time. We called Weather Engineer’s (A+ A/C) for a routine maintenance after letting go of our previous a/c company. Weather Engineers came highly recommended to us. From my first call scheduling the appt to the technician greeting us at our first appt….we have been 100% satisfied! We had the pleasure of being introduced to our technician Dylan N. He explained what he found that needed repair. Our invoices were professional and gave every step he took to give our 4 year old unit the care it needed. I came home from work to a very cold house. They had a tech, Jeffrey, out within the hour. It was a big issue so it took a couple days, not their fault just how things work sometimes (manufacturer parts). Jeffrey came back and was absolutely the most professional dude you could ask for. He was amazing. Truly great work, cannot recommend more highly. He was so good I decided to sign up for a maintenance program.
