What a great company to work with! I highly recommend them for any of your locksmith needs in Pinetop. Gene is very knowledgeable and has very fair pricing. I needed my door lock looked at as the lock was coming loose and the door would not shut. They are typically able to come out same day or even next day to get the work done. They are quick, honest and do a great job. I will plan to use them in the future!

What a wonderful locksmith!! I have an antique door on my home that the door lock hardware broke on. It would no longer lock. But the door lock is no longer manufactured and not available to purchase. Gene at A-Alarm came to my home the same day I called. Gene disassembled the door lock mechanism and repaired it, including adding a new key cylinder. He also made 6 keys for 2 of my doors. Gene was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous!

Needed help with an eBike lock. Evan (I think that was his name) brought some tools out to my car, worked diligently until the problem was resolved. His skill made it "look" easy. I highly recommend them!
