Great service. Very attentive and nice. I’m baffled by the negative reviews for A-American. I can only guess that the customers were not very kind in the first place or were too demanding. When our water heater started leaking American Home Shield contacted A-American Plumbing. They were here the next day, filed with AHS and were ready to replace our heater very quickly. We asked for info on a tankless heater and they sent someone out to survey and speak with me. We had a quote the next day and though we decided not to go with it we appreciated their help. Our heater was replaced yesterday and works great. Everyone I spoke with on the phone and each plumber that came out in person was prompt, polite, and efficient. We are very happy with A-American and will likely use them in the futur

Over the past several years I have used A American Plumbing several times for various issues in our 22 year old home. From my first call in to the office to schedule an appointment, through the actual service call visit, I have routinely experienced efficient and professional customer service. The technicians are prompt and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.

My Warranty Company ( American Home Shield) contracted this company. They came out to fix a toilet that was constantly running. The restroom is for guest and I am not aware of issues unless, I have guest that bring it to my attention. The toilet was not constantly running, but it was cycling (intermittent running) every few minutes. I notice it outside of the 60 day window by the warranty company, so I can A-American Plumbing. They had no warranty on their work besides what the Warranty Company. Seems to me that they would have a least 90 days on the same issue. Now, I see why this company has only two stars. If you use a Home Warranty company like AHS, cancel your contract! It seems like the only use low rated companies.

I have used them twice! Both of the times or through my home warranty and I had zero problems. They came the very next day each time I called on them through my home warranty and both times they were very friendly. I will no longer be using them, which is unfortunate, I called them today because I know their work is good and I wanted to have a dishwasher installed. The lady that answered the phone told me they were booked for the next couple of days. So, of course, I asked what they have coming up in the future. She told me they didn't know and there was no way of telling. How is this possible?
