A and J Plumbing

I had a leak from my toilet and the spillage messed up my living room ceiling. I called Joe @ A&J Plumbing and explained him what was wrong. He came on time to fix my leak as he promised. The leak was covered under his 5-year warranty plan, and he did everything that needs to be done to fix it. There were no charges. He turned my frustrated situation into a pleasant one.

I was charged $49.95 for them to talk to me for 5 minutes, no work was done. I was told there would be a fee but I assumed they would do some type of diagnostic work for that fee.
