I thought we were going to have to buy a new dishwasher, but first I decided to call people who can fix it. I must say, that it was the great experience. They diagnose our dishwasher problem by text and was thorough in his research before he came out. Their fee for service visit was much more reasonable than other companies.

Ah, the thrilling saga of our microwave misadventure, starring none other than the illustrious Asset Rakhmetov! Picture this: our trusty microwave decides to clock out, leaving my wife at home and me fuming at work. Enter Asset, the bearer of bad news, who solemnly declares that the 120V outlet assembly has thrown in the towel and demands a princely sum of $900 for its resurrection. Bravo, Asset, bravo! Naturally, my dear wife calls me in a panic, recounting Asset's tale of fiscal woe. Sensing something fishy, I challenge the exorbitant quote, only to be met with shrugged shoulders and a hefty bill. Outrageous? You bet! Fast forward to my heroic Google search and voila! A blown fuse emerges as the culprit, with a humble price tag of $4. And as for that elusive outlet assembly? Turns out,

My Kenmore gas wall oven would not heat. When I called, the young lady (Bernadette) that answered was so kind and attentive. I was given a service window of 10am-1pm. The tech(Sergi) was here about 11am. Very professional, friendly, and efficient. Found and explained the issue to me, politely asked if I wanted the service for the quoted price and after consent, fixed problem. I was very pleased. Thank you, A+👍🏾

Well the only positive was they were able to send a service tech out the same day to fix my dryer. However, he was the MOST unfriendly contractor I've ever met, did not smile or welcome questions and there was a slight language barrier. I was not hovering and tried to leave him alone to work but I found him to be surly and just short of being rude. And it was very expensive; the labor cost was ridiculous @$250 for a $28 part (took a little over an hour). UPDATE: Surprisingly the company reached out to me immediately. They apologized profusely, said they would speak to the tech and offered me a partial refund
