I’m sincerely starting to wonder if this is even a legitimate business. I’ve been scheduled multiple appointments for them to come out and service my gas range. They’ve never showed up, or answered their phone. Whirlpool finally got someone on the phone and I called immediately after they did, and the lady said they had to order a part. That was about a month ago and I’ve never heard back. Whirlpool finally called back today and offered to “buy back” the range, because A1 won’t do their job.

Bought a brand new washer and dryer set. Washer went out after a month. Had only use it maybe 2-3x. They had to come out about 3 times due to ordering parts and stuff. However, my washer back working and back like new. My only issue is probably them not always answering the phone but my washer is fixed and I’m satisfied. I would still use them and recommend them to anyone else. Thanks for the work done.

They were assigned by my warranty company to repair my refrigerator. After calling them multiple times and never getting and answer, as well as them never responding to my voicemail it was clear the reviews about how crappy their service is, is a pretty accurate description.
