My GE dryer decided to begin turning on and off (I’ve never worked on appliances before) after some research and ChatGPT assistance I discovered it was more than likely the heating element - I stopped in to get what I thought was the correct part. However after speaking to Josh he informed me I actually needed a different part and was very helpful explaining what was wrong and needed replacement. It was exactly what he stated and the part he sold me worked immediately. I’d definitely buy from them again and recommended it to anyone looking for knowledge staff and a variety of parts.

I stopped over there looking for a ge heating element for an oven. They were super polite and helpful. They also showed their expertise by helping me find the correct part with just a pic. no model number. definitely will shop there again!!

Amazing people. Washing machine decided to stop working 2 days before Christmas. I called them to ask various questions, and they always tried to help over the phone and never got rude or acted like they were too busy. I eventually decided to take it to them, they ordered the parts, and gave it back to me the day after Christmas and it works just like it did new.

These guys have everything I have needed from belts to capacitors boards and switches. Prices are very fair. making service calls can be difficult if you can not find the right parts or you have to order them. So A&B makes it easier to complete jobs that day. Highly recommended
