Chad and his team did a amazing job bringing our old floors back to life. It took us a day or two longer than expected to get our proposal but after I called the office Cindy got the email address corrected and the proposal sent over while I was still on the line with her. We got the work on the schedule and two week later my existing wood flooring was good as new with a new darker stain color. I also had A & B install wood look vinyl planks in my laundry room and powder room to match the wood floors. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future!

Chad did an excellent job matching stain to some vintage cabinets that I just loved the color of! I am always impressed by their quality and attention to detail. New floors turned out great and they were very professional. They are an awesome, locally owned business in Jacksonville. I always prefer to support actual residents over big box companies and the difference in quality workmanship is fabulous!

In 2019 we had LVP installed in a home. We noticed that the planks would move and had gaps appear in the joints. Being that it was a rental home we had to wait for the home to be unoccupied to address the problem. It has now gotten so bad that some of the planks have cracked and buckled. We thought it was a product issue and had Floor and Decor send a person to evaluate the product. In their report they state that there is nothing wrong with the product, but instead that the LVP was installed improperly. We had brought this to the attention of A and B Flooring and they are refusing to replace the floors stating that it is outside of their one year workmanship warranty.

We have had A & B Hardwood Flooring doing the floor in 4 different homes over the last 30 years and they are hands down the best in the business. They are a small family owned company and really care about their work. I would highly recommend them for any hardwood flooring work!
