Disappointing post pickup experience. We had floors installed by them 8 months ago and they were installed well enough and had pretty great prices. A month ago we order more flooring, quarter-round etc for a small project. We pick it up and are told we'll be invoiced later. Turns out they like to charge $75 as a "freight charge" regardless of whether you pick up yourself or not. It's a scummy tactic that resembles the post-hoc disclosure of a hotel resort fee. I'll never do business with them again.
I highly recommend A B Hair in Norlina. They just put new plank flooring in my living room after removing some nasty carpet. Three guys had it done in 3 hours! They did it professionally, quickly, and were very courteous. Then put all the furniture back in its place. And it was HEAVY! AWESOME JOB GUYS! Thank you!
We searched everywhere for the tiles we wanted to use in our kitchen. Other places wanted crazy money but could not get us what we wanted. AB Hair Carpets got us everything we were looking for at less than half the price of all the other places we went to. I highly recommend coming here for all your flooring and counter needs
I have never shopped with A B Hair Carpets, but I do live here and know from throughout the community that anyone who has used their services are never disappointed. From start to finish you will not be disappointed. .
