A Bargain Appliance Repair

I called them up for the first time and requested an appointment for my dishwasher. Their courteous operator had me scheduled later that afternoon on the day I called. I was delighted to see their technician arriving on time in my pad. He was nice and friendly and diagnosed the problem with my equipment. He told me what the problem was and that he needs to replace a defective part. He immediately replaced the part with the one he had with him in his truck. He was quick and accomplished the job in no time. I had a fair and reasonable deal with the repair cost including the replacement parts.

Unbelievably fast and accurate! Dialed them up from the number I got from searching the net to get my KitchenAid refrigerator fixed. They arrived on time and they were courteous and kind. It was easy working with them. They replaced the control board on my fridge which was found defective. I got a fair price for the control board which they already brought with them and it was covered by a one year warranty including the labor. They accomplished their task within an hour and I was relieved that they got it fixed in a lesser time. Highly recommendable!

Prompt and courteous service. They were able to fit me in the very next day and gave me a window between 9 and 12. I was pleasantly surprised when the technician called me right at 9 to to let me know he was on his way. My washer was fixed in less than an hour. Highly recommend. I would call them again for any appliance issue.

Way overpriced. Service call to attach loose hose on dishwasher and install new garbage disposal. Amazon lists the disposal for around $80. The repair technician said he paid $120 for the disposal unit. It must be the jobber rate. For service call, reattaching hose, install new disposal I was charged $330. I figured $210 for service call/repair labor for 30 minutes of work. This was way overpriced. Will not call A Bargain Repair again.

The service was prompt. The technician was fast, knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely use A Bargain Appliance Repair in the future and recommend them to others. A+
