A Bay Suncoast Chimney

I hired Suncoast to inspect my chimney spent five minutes, putting a flashlight up the chimney and charge me $79. Then I asked him to clear my dryer vents and the arbitrarily decided not to put this metal piece on the hose. I found it in my shelf I calledGE and they told me it was a fire hazard. I got to argument with Jennifer at Suncoastsaid I didn’t need it and I’m just hired somebody else very bad experience.

I really wanted to give a 4 star rating but due to a couple of things I am giving a 3.5 rating. First off the office staff that I dealt with were friendly, professional and informative, they are a 5 star rating. The team that came to do my dryer vent cleaning and inspection/cleaning for my fireplace were friendly and professional. I purchased my home just over a year ago and wasn't sure what condition the fireplace would be in. The 2 young team members did an awesome job inside, cleaning the dryer vent and the fireplace inside. The gentleman that handled the inspection and the cleaning of the chimney was friendly and answered the questions I asked. I don’t know anything about fireplaces only that my new house has one. So I called around and was satisfied with the quote they gave me and the receptionist eagerness to answer any questions I asked. John came out and did an outstanding job and described what kind of fireplace I have and what it was used for. John was very personable and wasn’t in a rush to leave he took the time to answer any silly questions I asked. This company has great customer service and great employees and that is rarity in companies these days.

Great service. Call the round to get service done on my fireplace. They picked up the phone right away set an appointment for up with the appointment the receptionist was wonderful and the people that came in here to do a job where amazing fast and clean , great place . very well recommend it to everyone that’s looking for chimney cleaning services

Worst service ever. They tried to upsell me a replacement chimney cap which was inspected by another company and stated not needed. They did not sweep the liner just vacuumed the ash pan. Put a spotlight up the chimney and took pictures to find that they did not clean at all. Made 3 sweeps and left with my check. Called Olde World Chimney Sweep and they did a full inspection, said nothing is wrong or needed for my fireplace and most importantly they did a thorough job!
