Thomas saw the problem was a bent bracket, he straightened it! All with in 10min. He said all looked good and left, no charge! This is the 2nd time this company has helped me with my old garage door & always kind, efficient & so fair! Thank you again!! Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend “A Better Garage Door” company. I have always had a great experience with this small, family owned business. The receptionist is always friendly and helpful, and she communicates appointments and arrival times by texts. The technicians have always been courteous, professional, and competent. Michael recently did a basic garage door maintenance check up for me. He was very proficient, and personable and I enjoyed our conversation as well. “A Better Garage Door” is an awesome company and I will continue using them in the future. It’s no wonder they have a 5 star rating.

I found this company after doing online research and I am pleased with the results. I truly just needed maintenance and was unsure what else might be needed. The only thing necessary apparently was doing the rollers and that wasn't even considered urgent but I moved forward with it anyway. I think the price was fair but I don't have anything to compare it to. They do give a 10% discount if you pay in cash :-) Ryan was personable and efficient!

This business saved us. After our previous door was buckled out by a huge wind storm, the company that had originally installed it refused to put in a new one. A Better Garage Door responded to our call immediately, searched through their contacts till they found us one stronger than the broken door, in spite of our needing a door with oversized measurements, and installed it in a few days. Another company we reached out to couldn't get us a door for another month and a half. The installers showed up promptly and did a very professional job in a timely fashion. They cleaned out the debris from the broken door and left our garage in better shape than it had been for years. All responses were fast, professional and extremely friendly and kind. I recommend A Better Garage Door very highly.
