If you are looking for a pre-purchase home inspection, Ron is an excellent choice. From start to finish, my experience was exceptional. He was very thorough inspecting a home that I was interested in buying and let me follow him and ask questions along the way—even in the crawlspace! We did encounter some issues with the home and Ron’s advice and support was critically important when we made a choice to proceed with the house purchase. He even fielded a surprise phone call from the seller when they weren’t happy with some of the findings in the report. He is a superb inspector and a wonderful person to work with.
