response: Same company, same couple from the same company Facebook page came to my house and measured and looked at my backyard. Yes I am sure its this company. While I appreciate you wanting to make things right, your pointing out the issue at hand. Yall dropped the ball. I found a different company. I would have even been cool with a "wow, totally forgot about you let me call you and get you scheduled." Acting like this may be a mix up is lame. Asked for qoute, said they were coming out but never did. Had to followup for them to come out for quote and then they still didnt come out til I asked if they were coming. They came almost end of business measured and looked at lawn and projects I wanted done.......no quote after a week. No communication
