Take heed to these reviews. I called several times and texted this company in a 24 hour period and NO ONE WOULD CALL ME BACK TO EVEN MAKE THE APPT. I see the reviews and this is probably a blessing. No one is that busy they can't make an appt. ***since this post and complaint with AHS my phone has been spoofed and I keep getting spam calls. Instead of calling me back they wanted to spoof me lol. NEW COMPANY CALLED ME WITHIN 5 MIN AND WILL BE OUT THURSDAY. BAD BUSINESS. (***

This company this contracted through American Home Shield to fix my A/C. I have dealt with the same issues with my A/C unit throughout the summer of 2024 and now this summer. Nothing has been fixed. I have recently put in a service request on 6/22, he came out to tell me nothing is wrong, and he topped off the fluid in the unit. I had to call AHS again on 6/30 because it was still hot in my house. I have been waiting since 6/30 for him to call me back. It is now 7/13. I have called AHS multiple times and they have not been able to get in contact with him. (Don't worry, AHS is getting a review also).

AHS sent them to fix my heat pump. They arrived on time, were very polite, had the right part on their truck, and finished in 30 minutes!

DO NOT TRUST! CANCEL IF ASSIGNED! WARNING! Horrible expert with rushed attitude spent than 5 mins here at the appointment to leave us with the same issue!! I had to contact the so called professional to confirm the appointment after 4 days. Argues with about the issue and wrote a completely false report to American Home Sheild. He lied to American Home Shield but in American Home Shields favor marking it a pre existing condition that way he receives more referrals he’s a scammer with technical knowledge. Will lie however to make money on the service calls rather than help those in need.

I called my home warranty company, American Home Shield ( haven't had any issues with them yet...fingers crossed) and they sent A/C Inc out. I must say I was very pleased. They were able to fix an issue that the last company who were sent out created so this is a plus in my book. I had no issues with contacting the technician when i needed him. The only thing that i could complain about is the length of time it took to get the parts. But im not going to complain because we weren't inconveniencesd and no one died! So I will say that I recommend this this company
