Tom Tewell came to discuss my options with replacing my 32 year old AC unit. He never made me feel as if I had to defend myself against a high-pressure sale. I was given several options and there was no pressure to make a quick decision. The team that installed my unit laid down tarps and very kindly did not cause me any clean up once they finished. Honestly, I highly recommend this company. Replacing an air conditioner is not a fund way to spend money but this company made it feel less painful.

We are very pleased with AC Rimmer. They were able to install a new whole house HVAC in a home that proved to be very difficult and that many other companies shied away from doing. Our project was on hold for a couple of months because of other companies delayed or over stated estimates and no-show at the job site.
