A Class Windows

John & Megan just left our house a little while ago. In fact, I'm sure they're still driving home as I write this. We had the old aluminum windows (from the 1970's) that came with the house. They were in desperate need of replacement. I met John when he was installing windows at our neighbor's house. I saw that he did very nice work so I asked him for a quote. He came in lower than the 2 local window places in Emmett. They replaced 4 sliders and 6 windows. I would use him again without question. Fair price. Great work. Left no mess. Punctual. John is thorough in his explanations about process, he is precise when he discusses timing, and he is courteous in his communication. John communicated through the whole process of measuring my windows for the estimate, to placing the order and confirming the installation date. He told me what day he would be here and at what time, and he was not even a minute late on my 2 day project. John and Megan work side by side and and as he meticulously removes the old windows and installs the new ones with fastidious care, Megan cleans the windows inside and out, and maintains the jobsite cleanliness.

I had a very disappointing experience with A Class Windows. I hired them to replace a window, and while the job was completed, the process was extremely unprofessional from start to finish. First, I wasn’t informed until the end of the project that they don’t accept credit cards — only cash or check — even though I had already paid my deposit with a credit card. This lack of communication caused unnecessary confusion and delay with my company’s finance process. When I requested an I-9 form (as part of our standard documentation process) the representative responded rudely, insisting that only a W-9 would be provided and even threatened to place a lien on my property if payment wasn’t made. John was outstanding to work with! We needed a window replaced before selling a house and he was extremely prompt and professional! His estimate was very reasonable. I wish more contractors were like him! I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone that needs windows replaced!
