A Cut Above Lawn Care

This company is contracted by the city of Ankeny to do lawn care. I had a personal vehicle parked at one of Ankeny's business properties and this company damaged my vehicle during their lawn care services. It took almost 2 months for them to accept responsibility and agree to fix the body damage they caused. The owner of the company would not return calls to his insurance or to myself for weeks at a time. He made what should have been a simple process incredibly difficult and frustrating. We are all human. We all make mistakes. How we choose to handle those mistakes is what is important in life. Brian still has some room to grow in that area. Caliber Collision completed repairs and did a wonderful job. - Jon James
